CrossFit group class

1 hour group training class that begins with a 15 min dynamic warm up, followed by 15 min of skill/strength work. The remainder of the class is the WOD.

CrossFit Collective’s Premier Youth Strength & Conditioning Program. If your child is 10 years and up and they play in a sport they can and WILL benefit from proper workouts that will build their strength and flexibility. No matter what sport your child plays, one thing remains constant, they need to be well balanced in these 10 physical characteristics: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. At CFC, our goal for each session is to bring your child that much closer to proficiency in each of those physical characteristics!

This is a 1 hour session that is designed specifically for you. Work one on one with our highly skilled trainers that will customize a program just right for you! Whether you are an athlete looking to refine your skills and maximize your competitive edge or you are looking to get back into the fitness game and want some one on one time to regain your confidence.
